Welcome to VirtualStudioX. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://virtualstudiox.in) and our AI-powered photography services. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
VirtualStudioX is a brand owned and operated by Tathya Global.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
VirtualStudioX provides AI-based image generation tools that allow users to transform product photos into professional studio-grade visuals. The service is provided “as-is” and is subject to server availability and AI processing limits.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Tathya Global is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- Your Inputs: You retain ownership of the original images you upload.
- AI Outputs: Upon successful payment and generation, VirtualStudioX grants you a Commercial License to use the generated images for marketing, social media, and sales purposes.
- Restrictions: You may not use the platform to generate offensive, illegal, defamatory, or adult content. Any attempt to “reverse engineer” our AI models is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments, Renewals & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.
- Lifetime Access: Refers to the lifetime of the product. In the event of a platform shutdown, users will be notified 60 days in advance.
- Refunds: Governed by our Refund Policy. Requests must be made within 7 days and fall under the “under 20 generations” limit.
6. Fair Usage Policy
To ensure high speed and stability for all users, we monitor for automated bot activity or account sharing.
- One account is intended for one user/brand only.
- Reselling “generations” to third parties as a service is only allowed under specific Agency licenses (if applicable).
7. Limitation of Liability
Tathya Global and VirtualStudioX shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) resulting from the use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee that the AI will always produce a perfect or 100% accurate result.
8. Modification of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Prices for all plans are subject to change; however, existing Lifetime members will not be charged extra for features included in their original purchase.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State], India.
