At VirtualStudioX (a brand by Tathya Global), we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, because we provide digital goods and immediate access to AI generation resources, our refund policy is governed by the following terms:

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At VirtualStudioX, we are committed to providing professional-grade AI photography tools. If you find that the tool’s functionality or the quality of the generated outputs does not meet your professional requirements, you are eligible for our 7-day refund policy.

Policy Details:

  • Eligibility: New users can request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase.
  • Deductions: To cover our infrastructure and third-party processing costs, a flat fee of ₹341 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • What this covers: This deduction accounts for the Vendor Charges, which include:
    1. Direct AI API Costs: Expenses incurred for the high-performance GPU processing used to generate your images.
    2. Payment Gateway Charges: Transaction fees charged by our banking partners.

How to request: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@virtualstudiox.in with your order ID and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Once approved, the remaining balance will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To prevent platform abuse while remaining fair to genuine customers, a refund is only applicable if:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • You have generated fewer than 20 images in total. Once you have used the tool extensively (20+ generations), the service is considered “consumed,” and a refund cannot be processed.
  • You have not previously requested a refund for any other Tathya Global products.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have used a significant portion of your plan’s credits/generations.
  • Your account was banned due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., generating prohibited content).
  • Issues arising from your local internet connection or device compatibility.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card) after approval.

5. Plan Downgrades or Changes

For our Lifetime Plan, the payment is a one-time fee. Once the refund period (7 days) has expired, no partial refunds will be issued. For the Pro Plan (6 months), refunds follow the same 7-day rule from the date of the most recent renewal/purchase.
