Information we collect
When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, billing details you enter, and order history. We do not store your UPI or card details; payments are processed by our payment partner (Paygic UPI). When you use our AI studio tools, the images and text you upload or enter are processed to generate your results. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
To create and manage your account and membership, process payments and deliver purchases, provide the AI image tools, send order and account emails and support replies, prevent fraud and misuse, and improve our site and services.
AI processing
Images and prompts you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as Google) solely to generate your output. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use or that contain sensitive personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and analytics tools such as Google Site Kit (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics, AI providers, order notifications and spreadsheets used for order records) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention and security
We keep account and order data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@virtualstudiox.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our services are not intended for children under 18.
