Credit questions
How do credits work?
Each plan adds a set number of credits to your account every month: 40 on Starter, 100 on Pro and 200 on Business. Credits are used when you generate images in any studio.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits don't roll over to the next month, so pick the plan that matches how much you usually create.
What if I run out?
Get a top-up pack: 30 credits for ₹499, added to your plan. Message us on WhatsApp to buy one. Or move to a bigger plan.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for a year up front and get about 2 months free: Starter ₹7,999, Pro ₹14,990, Business ₹29,990 per year.
Which studios are included?
All five: EcomX/Photo, FoodStudioX, Apparel, Jewelry and Headshot, on every plan.
I'm an existing Lifetime or Professional member. What changes?
Existing members keep their current access.
Can I get a refund?
