1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of virtualstudiox.in and the VirtualStudioX AI studios (the "Service"). By creating an account, buying a plan or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. Accounts are personal; do not share or resell access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Plans and payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the website. Plans and top-ups are bought offline: you message us on WhatsApp with the plan you want, we share payment details on request, and we activate your access after your payment is confirmed. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and include a set number of credits for each month of the plan. Credits are used when you generate images. Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly period and do not roll over. Top-up packs add extra credits to an active plan. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Members who bought an earlier plan (such as Lifetime or Professional) keep the access that came with that plan. We may change prices or credit allowances for future purchases or renewals; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
4. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Licence to use the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal or business purposes while your plan is active. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Service or its tools.
6. Your uploads
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, including the consent of any person shown. You allow us to process your uploads only to provide the Service.
7. Generated images
Subject to these Terms and to the terms of the underlying AI providers, you may use images you generate for lawful personal and commercial purposes, such as listings, menus, ads and profiles. AI output may not be unique, and similar images may be generated for others. You are responsible for checking that each image accurately represents your product before publishing it.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to create content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy. Do not create images of real people without their consent, impersonate others, or misrepresent products to buyers. We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI model and payment providers. Their availability and terms may change, and features may change or be removed as a result.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features.
11. Disclaimer
The Service and its output are provided "as is". AI results can vary and may contain errors. We do not guarantee any particular result, sales or business outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims arising from your uploads, your use of generated images, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version will be on this page with its updated date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
